中裕能源控股有限公司（股票代号：03633）于2026年8月28日向香港联交所提交翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司于当日于联交所场内回购普通股50万股，占回购前已发行股本约0.0185%。本次回购每股价格介乎每股2.495港元至2.575港元，总金额约126.60万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本由2026年7月31日的约26.97465157亿股降至约26.96965157亿股；公司库藏股由5084万股增加至5134万股，总发行股份数保持在约27.48305157亿股。公告同时披露，该次回购基于2026年6月26日通过的购回授权，公司可购回股份总数为2.70560515亿股，至今已购回864万股，占授权决议通过当日已发行股本约0.3193%。公告还显示，此次回购后，公司在2026年9月27日之前不会进行新的股份发行或出售库藏股。
