Singapore Airlines Adjusts Board Committee Line-up After AGM

Singapore Airlines Limited (C6L) said on Jul, 24 2026 that shareholders re-elected directors Goh Swee Chen and Dominic Ho Chiu Fai at the group’s 54th Annual General Meeting, triggering several changes to its board committees.

Dominic Ho continues as Chairman of the Board Safety and Risk Committee and remains a member of the Board Audit Committee.

Simon Cheong has stepped down from the Board Compensation and Industrial Relations Committee, with Goh Swee Chen joining that committee while retaining her roles as Lead Independent Director, Chairperson of the Board Nominating Committee and member of both the Board Audit Committee and the Customer Experience, Technology and Sustainability Committee.

Jeanette Wong Kai Yuan has been added to the Board Executive Committee and continues to chair the Board Compensation and Industrial Relations Committee while serving on the Board Audit Committee.

All other committee memberships remain unchanged, the carrier said.
