兆科眼科-B于2026年6月15日发布翌日披露报表显示，公司于2026年6月11日及2026年6月15日先后进行了股份回购。6月11日回购股份17.40万股，约占当日公司已发行股本的0.0317%，每股回购均价为2.7194港元，合计耗资约47.32万港元；6月15日回购股份5.65万股，约占当日公司已发行股本的0.01%，回购价介乎每股2.82港元至2.83港元，总金额约15.92万港元。两次回购合计回购23.05万股股份，耗资约63.24万港元。
截至2026年6月15日，公司已发行股本及库藏股数分别保持在5.48749亿股和零股。本次回购所涉股份尚未完成注销。此前，购回授权于2026年5月15日获股东大会批准，授权购回股份总数为5487.49万股，截至本次公告日期，公司已根据购回授权回购5.65万股，占购回授权生效日已发行股本约0.01%。
公司在公告中确认，已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定，并获得董事会正式批准。公告由公司董事李小羿签署。
