Keep Inc. buys back 123,500 shares; treasury stock rises to 13.50 million

Keep Inc. (HKEX-listed) has filed a Next Day Disclosure Return detailing a further share repurchase executed on 10 September 2026. The company acquired 123,500 ordinary shares on-market at prices ranging from HKD 1.42 to HKD 1.495, spending a total of HKD 0.18 million.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares excluding treasury stock fell by 0.02 % to 496.78 million, while treasury shares increased to 13.50 million—equivalent to roughly 2.65 % of the 510.28 million total issued shares.

The latest purchase forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 4 June 2026, which authorises the buy-back of up to 50.24 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 5.64 million shares, representing 1.12 % of the outstanding share base on the mandate date and about 11 % of the authorised limit.

In addition, 3.52 million shares repurchased between 6 January and 15 April 2026 remain pending cancellation. As stipulated by HKEX rules, Keep Inc. is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 10 October 2026.
