2026年9月14日，上海昊海生物科技股份有限公司（股票代码：06826）公告称，公司对2026年半年度利润分配方案的现金分红总额进行调整。分红比例保持不变，仍向全体股东每10股派发现金红利人民币2.50元（含税）。
根据公告，自2026年8月22日初次披露分配方案至2026年9月11日期间，公司实施股份回购，新增不参与本次利润分配的已回购但尚未注销H股股份418,500股。截至2026年9月11日，公司回购专用证券账户中合计持有4,500,595股（其中A股3,848,095股，H股652,500股），相应从可参与分配的股份总数中扣除。
在维持分配比例不变的前提下，公司将2026年半年度现金分红总额由原计划的5,618.75万元（56,187,525.00元，含税）下调至5,608.29万元（56,082,900.00元，含税），较原方案减少10.46万元（104,625.00元）。
上述调整仍处于2025年年度股东大会授权范围内，无需另行提交股东大会审议，最终分配金额以实施权益分派结果为准。
公司此前披露，分红总额占2026年半年度合并报表归属于上市公司股东净利润的49.89%。
