Deep Source Holdings Limited disclosed on 31 July 2026 that it repurchased 2.00 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the same day, spending HK$1.03 million in total. The repurchase price ranged from HK$0.51 to HK$0.52 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$0.515.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.01 percentage points to 14.77 billion shares. Correspondingly, treasury shares increased to 29.91 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 14.80 billion.
The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 30 June 2026, which authorises Deep Source to repurchase up to 1.48 billion shares. To date, 29.91 million shares—representing 0.20 percent of the share capital on the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authority.
In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Deep Source is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury stock until 30 August 2026.
