港股异动丨中资券商股拉升，兴证国际涨6%，中金公司涨超3%
周四，港股中资券商股普遍拉升。截至发稿，兴证国际涨5.8%，弘业期货涨约5%，中金公司、华泰证券涨3.5%，广发证券、中国银河、中州证券、东方证券涨近3%，招商证券、中信证券涨2%。
消息上，5月16日，中国证监会正式公布并实施修订后的《上市公司重大资产重组管理办法》，从简化审核程序、创新交易工具、提升监管包容度等维度进行优化，推动并购重组向市场化迈进。
东吴证券表示，随着新规落地，并购重组项目有望增加、配套融资业务也有望增长，券商作为并购重组的财务顾问，将有更多机会参与其中，弥补投行收入的下滑，也能带动券商其他业务线的协同发展。此外，并购重组政策的放松也有利于一级市场私募基金的退出，券商直投业务有望释放业绩。考虑到并购业务具备明显的马太效应，头部券商在资金实力、专业人才、品牌影响力等方面具有优势，因此将更为受益。
