根据公告，中国数字视频在截至2025年9月30日的上半年，实现营收约551.2万元，同比下降91.8%（上一年同期为6731.3万元）。经调整净亏损约3488.2万元，同比亏损幅度有所收窄（上一年同期为4358.1万元）。同期毛利率为36.0%，上一年同期为35.9%。
从成本结构看，销售及营销费用约1006.0万元，相比上一年同期的2083.9万元降低51.7%；管理费用约1068.6万元，同比下降59.5%；研发费用约612.9万元，同比下降58.2%。由于当期营收较低，研发费用占比明显上升。
业务分项
上半年解决方案业务营收约92.2万元，服务业务营收约368.2万元，产品业务营收约90.8万元，与上一年同期相比均出现大幅下滑。公告将此归因于主要客户招投标推迟及行业竞争加剧等原因。
