CEB BANK (06818) has announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Ms. Yang Xiaohui as a joint company secretary on February 11, 2026. Ms. Yang officially assumed the role of joint company secretary starting from the date of this announcement. Following Ms. Yang's appointment, Ms. Li Meiyi will no longer serve as a joint company secretary of the bank. Concurrently, Ms. Yang will also take over from Ms. Li as the bank's authorized representative in Hong Kong for accepting service of legal documents and notices.
