An emergency management authority in Guangxi has confirmed that a liquefied natural gas transport vehicle overturned on a major road in the region on Monday evening, with no injuries or gas leaks reported.

According to a notice issued on Tuesday by the Emergency Management Bureau of Wuming District in Nanning City, the incident occurred around dusk on September 16 when the tanker was traveling along Nanda Avenue in Shuangqiao Town. The rollover crushed a fire extinguisher carried on the vehicle, releasing dry chemical powder, but the tank itself remained intact, and no liquefied gas leaked from the container.

The accident did not result in any casualties, local authorities stated. Emergency response teams were dispatched promptly to the scene for handling and containment operations, which were completed by approximately midnight on September 17. The roadway has since been reopened to traffic, and normal flow has been restored.

The report was sourced from local official channels in Wuming District, with additional details provided by the district's emergency response office.
