股东周年大会订于6月5日下午在香港铜锣湾举行，届时将就发行股份及购回股份权限等议案进行表决。公司将于6月2日至6月5日暂停办理股份过户登记。股东须在6月1日下午四时三十分前提交持股过户文件。董事会同时建议重选若干现任董事及重新委任核数师。公告称，若本次购回授权在股东周年大会上获得通过，授权将持续有效直至下届股东周年大会结束或公司章程及相关法规规定的期限届满之日。
