A single dangling cable, a patch of water seepage—these may seem minor, yet they bear on public safety. In recent days, the Fanrong Community of Gannan Town has been focusing on small details and acting with substance, coordinating public and private property management to work together, targeting "micro pain points" such as cluttered hallway wiring and aging, leaking pipes with precise measures, and applying the "embroidery skill" of detail-oriented governance to address residents' troubles right at their heart.

At the Xian Shilin Jiayuan residential compound, property staff were carrying out the final phase of road surface restoration following water supply pipe repairs. Previously, this compound had aging water supply pipes with seepage issues. After learning of the situation, staff conducted emergency repairs and road restoration at the earliest opportunity. Today, abandoned wiring in the community's residential compounds has been sorted and organized, and damaged pipelines have been repaired promptly. As one minor hazard after another is eliminated, detail-oriented governance is gradually achieving normalization and standardization. Resident Li Qingheng of Xian Shilin Jiayuan Compound said: "This time the community and property management conducted a unified renovation. The wiring is neat, the water supply is stable, and the environment is safe and comfortable. They truly delivered real results and good service for us ordinary people."

In advancing detail-oriented governance, Fanrong Community has given full play to the "leading goose" role of public property management, while firmly reinforcing the primary responsibility of private property management, forming a good situation of joint management. Zheng Yongqin, District Manager of Xian Xinkang Property Management, said: "Based on our bottom-line duties as public property management, we cooperated with the community's detail-oriented governance work, concentrated on rectifying four types of cluttered wiring in the compound, eliminating high-altitude safety hazards, standardizing wiring, making every effort to improve the compound's living environment, and solidly carrying out residents' safety assurance work." It is understood that in its detail-oriented governance work, Fanrong Community has completed the cleanup and rectification of 39 instances of unauthorized and haphazard electrical wiring across 7 residential compounds, and rectified 13 instances of aging or damaged water supply and heating pipelines across 5 compounds. The governance results are gradually translating into a sense of gain that residents can see and feel.
