CHINA OVERSEAS (00688) announced that its subsidiary, China Overseas Enterprises Group Co., Ltd., will pay interest for the 2022 corporate bonds (Series I) (Type II) issued to professional investors on April 7, 2026. The interest payment covers the period from April 7, 2025, to April 6, 2026. The bond is abbreviated as "22 Zhonghai 02." The coupon rate for this bond during the current interest period is 3.50%. For every 10 bonds with a face value of RMB 1,000, the interest payment will be RMB 35.00 (tax inclusive).
