捷利交易宝金融科技有限公司（08017）于2026年5月13日披露公告称，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股200万股，占回购前公司已发行股本约0.28%。每股回购价介乎每股1.22港元至1.28港元，合计支付价格2,520,240港元，折合约252.02万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）合计709,936,000股，库藏股数量增至40,064,000股，总发行股份数仍保持在750,000,000股。该次回购根据于2025年8月20日获通过的购回授权进行，授权可回购股份总数为63,071,200股，至今已回购40,064,000股，占授权通过当日未含库藏股发行总数约6.35%。公司确认已遵守相关上市规则及监管法规。
