心动有限公司于2026年2月27日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司于同日回购63,000股普通股，占当日已发行股本（不包括库存股份）的约0.0127%。本次回购价格区间为每股73.50港元至76.85港元，涉资合计约4,722,442.2港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数维持在495,118,164股，库存股份数目为0股。
公告还披露，公司回购授权经股东于2025年5月29日批准，总回购上限为49,167,523股。截至本次回购前，公司根据该授权已累计回购879,600股。公司确认相关操作符合法律法规及香港联合交易所上市规则的规定。
