The transaction was priced at HK$0.087 per share, with a total consideration of about HK$35.55 million. Following this acquisition, the company's total shareholding has risen to approximately 928 million shares, representing a 49.89% stake.

The transaction was completed under the Restructuring Agreement involving Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited ("Fantasia"), TFISF, and the Purchaser. This agreement included provisions for the acquisition of 408,595,119 COLOUR LIFE shares by the Purchaser.
