回购完成后，公司于2026年7月15日的已发行股本（不包括库存股份）降至1,033,550,640股，库存股份数量增至7,776,000股，总已发行股份数维持在1,041,326,640股。该公司以往已于2026年6月5日通过股份回购授权，总共可回购最多103,426,264股。截至公告日，公司已在香港联交所或其他交易所累计回购712,000股，占回购授权时已发行股本约0.06884%。
公司确认本次回购活动已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则和相关法例规范。公告由执行董事、首席财务官兼公司秘书柴海节签署。
