本次回购的成交价介乎每股1.48港元至1.57港元，合计涉资约152.58万港元。回购前，该公司已发行股本为7.14亿股，库藏股为3600万股，合计7.50亿股。回购完成后，已发行股本降至7.13亿股，库藏股增至3700万股，总额仍为7.50亿股。
根据公告，回购授权于2025年8月20日获股东大会批准，可回购股份总数为6307.12万股。截至目前已回购3700万股，占授权当日已发行股本的约5.87%。公司强调已遵循上市规则及相关法律法规办理所有程序，并确认30日内（即截至2026年2月27日）不会发行新股或处置库藏股。
