广州白云山医药集团股份有限公司（以下简称“白云山”）宣布，公司副董事长兼执行董事程宁女士因个人原因，已正式向董事会提请辞去相关职务。此次人事变动自辞职报告送达董事会之日起生效。程宁女士辞职后，将不再担任公司任何职务。
白云山表示，程宁女士在任职期间恪尽职守，为公司发展作出了积极贡献。公司董事会对她的辛勤付出表示衷心感谢。此次人事调整不会影响公司董事会的正常运作及日常经营。白云山将按照相关规定，尽快完成董事补选工作。
