China HK Power Smart Energy Group Limited has released a supplemental announcement to its 24 July 2026 AGM circular, specifying the audit economics for the coming financial year.

The Board estimates that McMillan Woods (Hong Kong) CPA Limited will receive an audit fee of approximately HK$1.00 million for reviewing the Group’s consolidated financial statements for the year ending 31 March 2027. The figure is in line with the actual fee paid for the year ended 31 March 2026.

Management noted that the proposed fee was determined through arm’s-length negotiations, factoring in the Group’s size, business complexity, audit scope and timetable, as well as the staffing mix required. The budget assumes no material changes in operations, accounting policies or the regulatory environment during FY2027.

Shareholders will vote on the re-appointment of McMillan Woods (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as independent auditor at the forthcoming annual general meeting.
