Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited filings show that on September 2, Chief Executive Officer Luo Jichao trimmed his holding in SOFTCARE (02698) by 2.162 million shares, executing the transaction at HK$28.70 per share and bringing the aggregate consideration to HK$62.0494 million.
Following this disposal, Luo's latest shareholding in the company stands at 45.262 million shares, reflecting a reduced proportional interest of 7.29%.
