2026年8月10日，森松国际控股有限公司（02155，下称“森松国际”）公告称，其董事会已于同日决议，在公开市场动用早前股东周年大会授出的股份回购一般授权（下称“回购授权”），以不超过5,000万港元的总金额进行股份回购。
据公告，回购授权于2026年6月25日召开的股东周年大会上获批准，授权森松国际可在香港联交所回购最多127,132,900股公司股份，占股东周年大会当日已发行股份总数（不包括库藏股份）的10%。
森松国际在公告中指出，当前公司股价未能充分反映其内在价值及业务前景，董事会认为以内部现金资源实施此次建议回购，仍可保持稳健的财务状况。
公司强调，股份回购将严格遵守公司章程、香港联交所《上市规则》、公司收购、合并及股份回购守则及香港公司条例等相关法规。是否实施回购及其具体时间、数量和价格，董事会将视乎市场状况全权酌情决定，公司亦不对能否进行任何股份回购作出保证。
森松国际提醒股东及潜在投资者，在买卖公司证券时应保持审慎。
