Guangdong Tianyu Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (TIANYU SEMI) disclosed a share repurchase executed on 16 September 2026 under its existing mandate approved on 19 May 2026.

The company acquired 8,050 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 35.08 to HKD 37.44, with a volume-weighted average of HKD 35.80, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.29 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.014% to 58.93 million. • Treasury share balance increased to 64,750, keeping total issued shares unchanged at 58.99 million.

Cumulatively, TIANYU SEMI has repurchased 64,750 shares—0.11% of its issued share capital—against an authorised limit of 5.90 million shares. A moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales remains in effect until 16 October 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules.
