Wynn Macau Schedules 27 August 2026 Board Meeting to Approve 1H 2026 Results and Assess Dividend

Wynn Macau, Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on 27 August 2026 to review and approve the group’s unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. Agenda items include consideration of any dividend declaration, recommendation, or payment, alongside other routine business matters.

The notice, dated 17 August 2026, was issued by Chairman Dr. Allan Zeman on behalf of the board. The current board comprises Executive Directors Craig S. Billings and Frederic Jean-Luc Luvisutto; Executive Director and Vice Chairman Linda Chen; Non-Executive Directors Jacqui Krum and Julie M. Cameron-Doe; and five Independent Non-Executive Directors—Allan Zeman (Chairman), Lam Kin Fung Jeffrey, Bruce Rockowitz, Nicholas Sallnow-Smith, and Leah Dawn Xiaowei Ye.

The forthcoming meeting will determine the company’s financial performance disclosure for the first half of 2026 and address potential shareholder returns via dividends.
