Anhui Haimacloud Technology Co., Ltd. (Haimacloud) submitted an application for a main board listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 30, with CICC and CMB International acting as its joint sponsors. This marks the company's second filing with the exchange. According to its prospectus, Haimacloud is the largest GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) provider for real-time cloud rendering services (specifically, visual content computation and generation) for cloud gaming in China. The company has built a robust, GPU-based computing infrastructure and platform software capabilities, which form the foundation and core pillar of its services. Cloud gaming serves as the company's primary and most mature commercial application, with its full-stack real-time cloud rendering technology empowering the gaming industry. Leveraging this foundation, the company has explored the potential to extend its capabilities to other scenarios requiring high-performance real-time graphics rendering, such as pan-entertainment, digital culture and tourism, digital education, AIGC, XR, live streaming, and e-commerce. According to data from CIC Consulting, based on 2024 revenue, Haimacloud ranked first among real-time cloud rendering service providers for the cloud gaming scenario in China, holding a market share of 17.9%.
