清大东方（08115）于香港联交所创业板上市。公司日前发布公告，拟向股东大会申请一般性授权，用于回购不超过公司于股东大会当日已发行H股股份总数10%的股份。根据公告，公司于最后实际可行日期的已发行股份总数为215,430,000股，其中H股约83,560,000股。
公司告示称，购回将使用公司合法资金进行，并依据相关法律法规及适用上市规则开展。董事会指出，股份购回旨在进一步提升公司价值并维持资本结构稳定，认为这项举措符合公司及股东的整体利益。
公告显示，公司股票在过去近一年间，于联交所创业板的交易价格区间大致在每股3.62港元至14.89港元。公司董事会强调，目前财务状况稳健，股份购回计划不会对营运及财务状况构成重大不利影响。
公司拟于2022年6月13日上午在中国上海市普陀区召开股东周年大会，会上将审议并就相关购回授权等议案进行表决。根据公告，H股股东如欲亲自或委派代表出席该次会议并进行表决，须在会议前按指定期限完成表决文件的递交。
