PLAYMATES (00635) announced that effective from August 15, 2025, the following changes have been made to the Company's board committees: (a) Nomination Committee: (i) Mr. Li Jiashi, a non-executive director of the Company, has ceased to be a member of the Nomination Committee; and (ii) Ms. Karen Chen, an executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee. (b) Remuneration Committee: Mr. Li Jiashi has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
