AV策划推广（香港联交所GEM：08419）发布公告，称公司拟向股东大会提呈新的一般性股份购回授权，董事会可于股东大会批准后在有关期间继续回购不超过公司当日已发行股本总数（不含库存股份）10%的股份。据披露，截至最后实际可行日期，公司已发行股本总数约4亿股，如获股东大会通过，授权范围最高可达约4000万股。
公司透露，此次购回计划将通过按香港联合交易所有限公司GEM上市规则及开曼群岛适用法律进行，资金主要来自内部资源。董事会认为，此举将有助于提升公司每股收益、资产净值以及整体股东回报，并表示购回股份将按照市况与公司资金状况谨慎实施。
董事会指出，本次购回授权尚待定于2026年5月29日召开的股东周年大会批准。根据公告，股份过户登记将于同月26日至29日暂停办理，股权登记日为5月29日。根据过往12个月的股价数据，公司股份于联交所GEM的最高交易价曾达每股0.092港元（2026年1月），最低则为每股0.061港元（2025年12月）。董事会强调，此项计划若在股东大会上获通过，将在符合上市规则与公司法例规定的基础上执行，并相信符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
