Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. (GRCB) has formalised the transition to electronic dissemination of all corporate communications, according to a reminder letter issued on 30 April 2026. The change covers directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts (and any summaries), meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.
Both English- and Chinese-language versions of future documents will be accessible on the bank’s website (www.grcbank.com) and the HKExnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing hard-copy mailings as the default channel.
To ensure uninterrupted receipt of time-sensitive actionable corporate communications, registered shareholders are encouraged to provide a valid email address. The bank has enclosed a reply form featuring a personalised QR code that enables shareholders to submit their email details electronically. Alternatively, the completed form can be returned to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd., or emailed to grcb.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
If no functional email address is supplied, GRCB will continue to send actionable communications in printed form. Shareholders preferring physical copies of all corporate communications may opt in via the reply form or email; such an instruction remains effective for one year from the date of receipt.
Enquiries can be directed to GRCB at (8620) 2801 9324 during weekday business hours (09:00–18:00 Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays).
The reminder reiterates that GRCB is not an authorised institution under Hong Kong’s Banking Ordinance and operates outside the supervisory remit of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
