中国旺旺（00151）2026年7月15日发布公告称，公司于当日在香港联交所场内回购普通股70.00万股，约占公司已发行股本的0.0059%。回购价格介乎每股3.38港元至3.41港元，合计支付金额约238.05万港元。由于上述回购股份尚未注销，截至当日，公司已发行股份总数仍为11,801,671,135股，库藏股份数为0股。
根据公告，公司已于2025年8月26日通过回购授权，授权最高可回购1,180,307,113股。截至目前，公司已累计回购10,677,000股，占回购授权通过当日已发行股份总数的约0.0905%。公司确认，相关流程及本次回购已严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由董事黎康仪签署。
