CHINA RE (01508) announced that its subsidiary, China Property Reinsurance Co., Ltd., has completed the redemption of its RMB 4 billion 10-year capital supplement bonds issued in the national interbank bond market. As stated in previous announcements, the bonds included a conditional redemption option exercisable at the end of the fifth year. With approval from the People's Bank of China and the National Financial Regulatory Administration, the subsidiary has now fully redeemed the bonds.
