\n\n本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本数目减少至4,471,586,724股，库藏股增至50,745,600股。公告显示，公司回购授权决议于2025年5月27日通过，可回购上限为451,560,392股。截至目前，已累积回购44,097,200股，占授权数量约9.7655%。公司确认已遵守相关上市规则及法律规定。公告由公司秘书黄妙玲签署。
