本次回购后，DYNAM JAPAN的已发行股份（不包括库藏股）数量降至693,963,496股，同时库藏股数增至2,479,600股，合并后公司已发行股份总数维持696,443,096股。根据公告，公司于2025年6月24日通过了本次购回授权，可回购总数为69,644,309股。截至回购完成时，已回购2,479,600股，占当日获批授权的约0.356%。
DYNAM JAPAN确认，上述回购过程遵循香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法例的规定。公告由董事长保坂明签署。
