Today, the Office of the United States Trade Representative announced the extension of exclusions in the Section 301 Investigation of China’s Acts, Policies, and Practices Related to Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property, and Innovation. The exclusions were previously scheduled to expire on May 31, 2025. The exclusions have been extended through August 31, 2025.
