Future Data Group Limited (Future Data) filed an updated Company Information Sheet with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s GEM board on 27 May 2026, providing new snapshots of its corporate profile, major shareholdings, board composition and capital structure.

Future Data, incorporated in the Cayman Islands and listed on GEM since 8 July 2016, reports a financial year-end of 31 December. The group operates from offices in Seoul and Hong Kong and remains focused on delivering integrated systems that combine network connectivity, cloud computing and security services.

Board composition now comprises: • Executive Directors – Tuen Hei Ching, Lee Seung Han and Bai Yicong • Non-Executive Director – Tao Hongxia • Independent Non-Executive Directors – Chan Kin Ming, Lam Chi Cheung Albert and Dr. Liu Xiao

Updated shareholding data show three substantial shareholders: • Gorgeous Real Investment Holding Limited, wholly owned by Tao Hongxia, holds 192.41 million shares, representing 34.94 % of issued capital. • Variant Wealth Investment Development Limited, wholly owned by Tao Guolin, owns 50.00 million shares, or 9.08 %. • Tao Guolin personally owns an additional 22.92 million shares (4.16 %). Through spousal attribution rules, Han Lerong is deemed interested in a combined 72.92 million shares (13.24 %).

Issued share capital stands at 550.68 million ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01 each; the board-lot size remains 5,000 shares. The company confirms the absence of outstanding warrants, options or other listed securities, and notes no affiliated entities are listed on either GEM or the Main Board.
