1月6日，近日，宁德时代与蔚来在安徽合肥签署为期5年的全面深化战略合作协议。蔚来高级副总裁曾澍湘、宁德时代市场体系联席总裁韩伟代表双方签约。合肥市委书记费高云，市长罗云峰与宁德时代董事长兼CEO曾毓群，蔚来创始人、董事长、CEO李斌等共同出席并见证签约。
双方围绕技术、生态、市场三大领域深化合作，共同推动新能源汽车产业技术进步与商业模式创新，助力合肥打造世界级新能源汽车产业集群。
在技术端，重点围绕长寿命电池、换电适配技术开展专项联合开发，推进多技术路线协作与新技术优先落地，提升产品综合竞争力。
在生态端，共同推进换电技术标准制定与换电网络资源共享，深化在电池租赁（BaaS）等商业模式下的协同，合力构建开放、共享的换电产业生态。
在市场端，加强海内外市场的品牌联合推广，共同提升全球市场影响力与占有率，实现从技术到品牌的全方位共赢。
此次战略合作的达成，标志着蔚来与宁德时代迈向全生态深度协同的新阶段。双方将通过机制化、长期化的合作框架，共同应对行业变革，为用户提供更安全、更高效、更可持续的电动出行体验。
