深圳佑驾创新科技股份有限公司（下称“佑驾创新”，股票代码：02431）于2026年5月6日刊发截至2026年4月30日的股份变动月报表。公告显示，公司于报告期内总注册股本维持在人民币420,759,200元，其中H股注册股本为人民币331,182,308元，未上市股份注册股本为人民币89,576,892元，均无变动。
根据月报表的已发行股份及库存股份变动情况，至本月末，佑驾创新H股的已发行股份（不包括库存股份）由上月底的324,838,108股减至322,836,108股，同时库存股份数量由6,344,200股增至8,346,200股，合计股本总数依然维持在331,182,308股。公告显示，上述变动源于公司于2026年4月1日以每股10.2874港元购回1,339,400股H股，并于次日以每股9.9688港元购回662,600股H股，前述购回股份均转为库存股份，尚未注销。
本期内，公司并无新增股份发行或涉及股份期权、股权激励计划导致的股份增发或稀释，相关员工激励计划在公司2024年12月27日上市后不涉及新股发行。月报表亦显示，公司已根据香港联交所《上市规则》和适用的法律法规完成本月所有股票购回及交易审批程序，并确认已符合适用的公众持股量要求。
