Imagi International Holdings Limited announced that it will slash the trading board lot size for its HK$0.04 shares on the Hong Kong Main Board from 8,000 shares to 500 shares, effective 9:00 a.m. on 24 August 2026.

At the current closing price of HK$3.68 per share, the minimum investment per lot will fall from HK$29.44 thousand to HK$1.84 thousand, a 93.75% reduction. The board believes the smaller lot size will enhance market liquidity and help broaden the shareholder base without altering existing shareholder rights.

The Board, chaired by Mr. Han Xuyang, asserts the measure aligns with the interests of both the company and its shareholders.
