报告期内，公司普通股注册股本为4,000,000,000股，面值每股0.01港元，注册股本总额为40,000,000港元，与上期保持一致。已发行股份总数同样未发生变动，维持在1,017,170,000股，无库藏股记录。
根据月报，2019年10月18日通过的购股权计划累计可行使股份数量为52,000,000股。截至3月末，该计划无新授出、行使或失效的股份期权，未导致本期股本发生变动。
