WEBX INTL HLDGS (08521) has officially announced a change in its corporate governance team. Mr. Chow Chun To has tendered his resignation as the company secretary, citing his intention to pursue other business opportunities. His resignation also encompasses the cessation of his roles as the authorized representative under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and as the authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notices under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). All these changes took effect on August 21, 2026.

In a simultaneous move, Mr. Lee Yiu Man has been appointed to fill the vacant positions. He will assume the responsibilities of company secretary, authorized representative, and the legal process agent, with his appointment also commencing on August 21, 2026.
