Selection criteria include product quality, pricing, delivery and ESG performance. • No product recalls or material customer complaints were recorded; the chemical trading unit holds 54 patents. • The Group reported no breaches of anti-corruption or intellectual-property regulations and no concluded legal cases related to corruption.
