本次股份变动及回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数增至4,587,531,228股，其中4,519,428,728股为已发行股份(不含库藏股份)，库藏股则增至68,102,500股。公司于2026年6月5日获得之回购授权合计可回购45,486.44万股。截至目前，基于该项回购授权，公司已于包括其他证券交易所在内的市场上合共回购30,567,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.67%。公告显示，后续若在回购后30天内有进一步的新股发行或库藏股出售/转让安排，将遵守上市规则相关暂止规定。
