CR BLDG MAT TEC (01313) announced that effective September 1, 2025, Mr. Gong Xiaofeng has been appointed as independent non-executive director and member of the Strategy and Investment Committee, while Mr. Zhu Ping will no longer serve as a member of the Strategy and Investment Committee.
