CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust Reports 7.5% Revenue Growth, Sets 2.04-Cent Distribution for Late Sep

CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) released its unaudited results for the half-year ended Jun, 30 2026, posting gross revenue of 846.753 million Singapore dollars, a 7.5% increase from the same period a year earlier. Net property income rose 8.7% to 630.488 million Singapore dollars, while distributable income grew 13.3% to 466.669 million Singapore dollars.

CICT declared a distribution of 2.04 Singapore cents per unit for the period from Apr, 29 2026 to Jun, 30 2026, payable on Sep, 25 2026 to unitholders on record as of Aug, 20 2026. The advance distribution of 3.98 Singapore cents per unit for Jan, 1 2026 to Apr, 28 2026 was paid on Jun, 8 2026.

During the half-year, CICT completed the 428.0 million Singapore dollar divestment of 90 strata lots in Bukit Panjang Plaza on Feb, 27 2026 and issued 300.0 million Singapore dollars of 2.18% fixed-rate notes due 2031 on Mar, 10 2026 under its US$7.0 billion EMTN programme.

On Apr, 20 2026 the trust agreed to sell Asia Square Tower 2 for 2.476 billion Singapore dollars, with completion expected in the second half of 2026. The same day, CICT announced the 3.848 billion Singapore dollar acquisition of Paragon, which was finalised on Jul, 1 2026. To partly fund the deal, CICT raised about 750.0 million Singapore dollars via a private placement of 326.087 million units on Apr, 29 2026.

As at Jun, 30 2026, CICT’s aggregate leverage stood at 37.4% and its interest coverage ratio was 3.9 times. The trust’s total assets amounted to 28.197 billion Singapore dollars, while net asset value per unit was 2.15 Singapore dollars.

Looking ahead, the manager said Singapore’s resilient economic outlook, coupled with limited new supply of prime retail and office space, should support portfolio performance, while disciplined capital management will remain a priority.
