Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced that it bought back 50,000 ordinary shares on Jan, 22 2026 at a price of about US$74.6986 per share.
The repurchased shares will be cancelled, leaving the company with 295,406,678 ordinary shares outstanding, each carrying one voting right. Jardine Matheson holds no treasury shares.
