浙江太美医疗科技股份有限公司（下称“太美医疗科技”，02576）于2026年7月15日发布公告，披露该公司通过香港联交所购回52,400股H股股份，占购回前已发行股本（不包括库存股份）约0.03%。本次回购每股价格介乎港币6.00元至6.26元，合计耗资港币323,208元（约32.32万港元）。
太美医疗科技于回购完成后，其已发行股本变动为197,603,133股，库存股份增至2,989,400股，合计200,592,533股。据悉，该公司于2026年6月23日通过回购授权，授予可回购总数为20,017,153股，截至目前已回购2,568,400股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的1.28%。公司公告显示，本次回购符合香港联交所上市规则及相关法律规定，后续将在购回后30天（即截至2026年8月14日）内暂停发行新股或处置库存股份。
