EB Grand China (Everbright Grand China Assets Limited) announced the appointment of Jiang Zhiwen as Executive Director, effective 23 July 2026. Jiang, aged 51, will also join the company’s Nomination Committee and Investment Committee.
Jiang brings more than two decades of policy research and administrative management experience. His prior roles include principal staff positions at the Development Research Center of the State Council (1998–2004) and successive leadership posts at the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in Hong Kong (2004–2022). From 2022 to 2026, he served as a level II bureau rank official and research fellow at the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao Economic and Trade Exchange Promotion Association.
Under a three-year service agreement commencing 23 July 2026, Jiang will receive an annual salary of HK$0.87 million and a discretionary bonus determined by the Board and the Remuneration Committee. He holds no shares in EB Grand China under Part XV of Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Ordinance.
Jiang currently serves as director or chairman of multiple EB Grand China subsidiaries, including Chengdu Everbright International Mansion Company Limited and Chengdu Everbright Finance Centre Development Company Limited. He is also a director of Capital Century Company Limited, the controlling shareholder of EB Grand China, and several of its subsidiaries.
Following the appointment, the Board comprises: • Executive Directors: Liu Jia (Chairman) and Jiang Zhiwen • Non-executive Directors: Zhuang Minrong and Yin Junyan • Independent Non-executive Directors: Ho Kwai Ching Mark, Shek Lai Him Abraham, Lee Jor Hung and Wang Cheung Yue
The Board noted that there are no other matters requiring shareholder attention under Listing Rule 13.51(2)(h)–(v).
