民银资本（股票代码：01141）于2026年7月29日公布翌日披露报表，显示公司当日于香港联合交易所场内回购普通股60.30万股，占当日公司已发行股本约0.055%。本次回购每股价格介乎1.00港元至1.18港元，涉及总金额约62.86万港元。
公告同时指出，公司于7月27日及7月28日分别回购了100万股和88万股股份，每股价格分别约为1.1617港元及1.2845港元。综上，7月27日至7月29日三日合计回购股份248.30万股，累计占2026年6月26日通过的回购授权之时公司已发行股本的2.2635%，目前合共回购数量为2,483,000股。上述股份尚未正式注销，民银资本已发行股本仍为1,096,968,693股。公司另披露，基于回购授权，公司可回购总数为109,696,869股。
公司表示，本次股份购回符合香港联交所主板上市规则及相关法律法规要求。根据公告，回购后将进入30天暂止期，暂止期至2026年8月28日，期间公司不得进行新股发行或出售、转让库藏股份。公告由公司秘书甄凯宁签署。
