Data released by the Xinhua Petroleum Price System on November 27 showed that the average price change rate of the crude oil basket on November 26 was -1.51%.

According to the "Petroleum Price Management Measures," domestic gasoline and diesel prices are adjusted every 10 working days based on changes in international crude oil prices, with adjustments taking effect at 24:00 on the day of the announcement. If the adjustment amount is less than 50 yuan per ton, no change will be made, and the difference will be carried over or offset in the next adjustment.

Under special circumstances specified in the measures, price adjustments may be suspended, delayed, or implemented with a reduced adjustment range.

November 27 marks the third working day of the current pricing cycle, with the next adjustment window set to open at 24:00 on December 8.
