On 29 April 2026, Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited Company (YOFC) informed its H-share registered shareholders that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report are now accessible on both the company’s website (http://www.yofc.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

YOFC strongly encourages shareholders to read the online version of the report and all future corporate communications. Shareholders who face difficulties accessing the electronic documents—or who prefer hard copies—can obtain printed versions free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the company’s H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via post (prepaid label provided) or email (6869-ecom@vistra.com).

The notice highlights the importance of maintaining a valid email address with the registrar. Without an active email on file, shareholders will receive only printed notices of publication and actionable corporate communications until an updated email address is supplied.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s customer service hotline at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

The communication was signed by Chairman Ma Jie on behalf of YOFC.
